Kandit cake pops

Ingredients:

Biscuit:

  • 350g of butter
  • 300g of sugar
  • 350 g of flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 baking powder

Cream:  

  • 1 whipped cream
  • 200g cottage cheese ( abc sir )
  • 1 vanilla sugar

Icing:

  • 100 g of Kandit Dessert cooking chocolate
  • 100 g of Kandit Dessert white cooking chocolate


Preparation:    

In soften butter mix sugar and vanilla sugar.  Add egg by egg, and at the end add flour and baking powder. you should get firm mass. Pour it into the baking mould and bake at 175 °C for 20 min.

Once cooled crumble it. In crumbled biscuit add cottage cheese and vanilla sugar.  Mix it well and by a palm of your hand make small balls.

Meltdown cooking chocolates separately. Biscuit balls stick onto the cake pops sticks and leave them by night at the freezer. Dip them into the chocolate, and sprinkle with edible decoration sprinkles.
