- 250 g of soften butter
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 100 g of white sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 200 g of chopped Kandit Dessert Chef cooking chocolate
- 100 g chopped fried hazelnuts
- 400 g of plain flour
- 1 baking powder
Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter, add chopped chocolate and hazelnuts, mix it on low speed at the end add flour and baking powder.
You will get dense and compact mass.
Using a teaspoon scoop the mass and shape small balls with your palm, place it in a biking mould on a sheet of baking paper, with a big space between each of them, because they spread while baking. Bake them at 180 °C, 15-20 min, till they are golden brown.
If you wish, once they are cooled, you can coat them with chocolate.
